Terms and Conditions of Casino Kitchener

1. General
   These terms and conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of facilities, services, and products provided by Casino Kitchener (the "Casino"). By entering or participating in any aspect of the Casino's operations, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions
   For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

• "Customer" means a person who enters the premises, participates in activities, or engages with services offered by the Casino.
• "Game" includes all forms of betting, gaming, and wagering provided at the Casino.

3. Acceptance of Terms
   By entering the Casino or participating in any aspect of its operations, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

4. Age Restrictions
   To enter into an agreement with us, you must be 18 years old or older (or the minimum age as required under applicable law).

5. Responsible Gaming
   The Casino supports responsible gaming practices. You agree that:

• Gaming should remain a form of entertainment.
• You are financially capable to gamble and will not use our facilities for any purpose other than lawful entertainment.

6. Player Conduct
   You must conduct yourself in an orderly, respectful manner at all times while on the premises or engaging with our services.

7. Illicit Activities
   The Casino prohibits engaging in or facilitating illicit activities including money laundering, fraudulent gaming, and betting rings.

8. Personal Data Protection
   We will treat your personal data confidentially as set out under applicable laws. Your consent for processing of your personal data is given by accepting these Terms and Conditions.

9. Changes to These Terms

   The Casino reserves the right to modify or add terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting on our premises. By continuing to participate in our services after such changes are made, you agree that those modified terms apply to you.

10. Liability Limitation
    To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Casino disclaims liability for direct and indirect loss or damages resulting from participating in games.
• We accept no responsibility for damage or losses incurred due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Governing Law
    These Terms and Conditions are governed by, construed in accordance with, the laws of Ontario and applicable federal law without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of laws.

12. Dispute Resolution

The Casino will endeavour to resolve disputes amicably through mediation or other forms of dispute resolution as determined at our discretion.If a dispute cannot be resolved through such means, it may be brought before the courts in accordance with applicable jurisdiction rules and regulations.

13. Entire Agreement
    These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us relating to participation in services provided by the Casino.

14. Amendments

We reserve the right at our discretion to modify these terms from time to time.Such changes will be posted on premises, or notified through other reasonable means.Continued use after a change is made shall constitute consent with respect to such modifications.

15. Notices
    Notice of any kind required under this Agreement may be given by posting it in public areas within the Casino premises or via electronic means if permitted under applicable law.
